Position Description:
SynQor is seeking a full-time soldering operator on 1st shift (M-F, 6am-2:30pm) who will be responsible for installing and soldering thru-hole components in a high mix environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow assembly drawings and process instructions to solder thru-hole components in correct orientation on electronic assemblies.
- Work with fellow coworkers to meet production demands.
- Report product irregularities and/or improvements directly to supervisor.
Education and Experience:
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 guidelines. Some training provided.
- Previous experience within electronic manufacturing environment preferred.
- Previous thru-hole and/or surface mount soldering experience.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to read English.
- Able to meet IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
