The QSR, Quick Service Restaurant, Supervisor oversees the day to day activities of assigned F&B outlet and directly supervises all corresponding personnel. This responsibility encompasses profitability, employee relations and customer relations.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- Directly supervise all personnel and operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all activities and job duties are performed according to established company and departmental policies, procedures, and goals.
- Properly schedule employees in accordance with customer volumes.
- Resolve customer claims or other disputes between subordinate employees in a fair and patient manner.
- Seek ways in which to reduce departmental operating costs without affecting the quality of beverage or service.
- Keep the Multi-Outlet Manager informed of all pertinent information and irregularities occurring in the Department.
- Make sure prompt, courteous service is consistently provided to all customers and that employees always conduct themselves in a professional manner.
- Interact effectively with all other departments.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
- Must be able to obtain a required Virginia Lottery Non-Gaming License.
