The coach will plan and lead practices, develop game strategies, and foster the personal and athletic development of student-athletes. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise all practices, games, and team events. Teach the fundamentals of basketball, including rules, techniques, and strategies, appropriate to the developmental level of students in grades 5â8. "Consistently model and promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and mutual respect. Treat every player with dignity, fostering a strong sense of self-worth and belonging, while upholding respect for opponents, officials, and spectators always.
