This position involves working on cases and claims related to liability insurance coverage issues. The role requires a detail-oriented attorney with strong research, writing, and analytical skills who can manage multiple projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Prior experience handling insurance coverage matters
- Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Excellent time-management and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing liability insurance coverage issues for third-party claims
- Preparing comprehensive coverage opinions and legal memoranda
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Representing clients in insurance coverage litigation and providing strategic advice
- Effectively managing multiple cases and deadlines
