Why This Role
- Work a focused schedule: 1st Shift, 4 10's Monday–Thursday.
- Build and repair precision metal components using TIG.
- Contribute to a collaborative team that values craftsmanship.
You Will
- Set up and run TIG welding equipment for fabrication and repair.
- Translate blueprints, drawings, and specs into accurate welds.
- Verify weld quality against specifications.
- Keep your station orderly and compliant with all safety protocols.
- Coordinate with peers and supervisors to meet targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment upkeep.
- Share knowledge and help bring junior welders up to speed.
Must-Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent (welding certification preferred).
- Proven TIG experience and portfolio-quality results.
- Fluency in reading technical drawings.
- Detail-first mindset with high quality standards.
- Ability to work solo or in a fast-moving team.
- Strong troubleshooting and initiative.
- Working knowledge of welding safety practices.
