The Thin Film Process Engineer will develop and optimize thin-film coating processes and solutions tailored to meet performance requirements. Responsibilities include designing and monitoring processes for optical coatings, troubleshooting and implementing process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires overseeing the successful production of high-performance surface treatments to ensure customer satisfaction and quality assurance.QualificationsStrong skills in Process Design and Process Control, ensuring efficient and consistent production outcomes.Expertise in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering to analyze and implement advanced thin-film coating technologies.Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate process performance and identify areas for improvement.Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process challenges while adhering to safety and quality protocols.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is highly desired.Experience with optical coatings, thin-film technologies, and engineering in manufacturing environments preferred.Familiarity with ISO-9001 or ITAR standards is a plus.Strong problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
