Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Thermostat Installer! You will act as a local on-site program representative, visiting primarily residential locations with the potential for small business and commercial visits, to install thermostats for a direct response program. This role is focused specifically on thermostat installation and does not include other technical or auditing activities. You will start and end your work day from your own home, using your personal vehicle to travel to appointments and receiving mileage reimbursement. A dispatch team manages scheduling and assigns your daily locations, so no office time is required outside of training.

• Install thermostats in residential homes, with the potential for small business and commercial locations, following program specifications.

• Use your own personal vehicle to travel to appointments throughout the San Antonio area, with mileage reimbursement provided.

• Record inspection results and customer interactions to adhere to program requirements; provide input and status updates to program staff.

• Act as a local, on-site program and company representative to customers, providing a professional and positive experience in their home or place of business.

• Maintain flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as needed; this is not a regular occurrence but does come up periodically.

• Pass a required safety assessment, as this is a safety sensitive position given the driving and in home components of the role.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 0-1 year of relevant industry experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate's degree preferred.

• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required.

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
