Hiring for 1st/2nd/3rd Shift

What you’ll handle

• Configure and run plastic molding equipment in line with documented procedures.
• Watch machine performance during production and make necessary adjustments to keep processes stable.
• Complete routine maintenance to sustain optimal equipment performance.
• Inspect output for quality standards; adjust settings to address any nonconformances.
• Diagnose and fix production issues to reduce downtime and scrap.
• Maintain raw material inventory levels and alert your supervisor when restocking is required.
• Practice established safety guidelines and keep the area clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Other duties as assigned.

What to expect

You’ll be scheduled on one of three shifts (1st/2nd/3rd) and collaborate closely with your team lead to hit production targets while protecting quality and safety.
