We’re hiring a full-time Thermoplastic Molding Line Operator for 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.).

What you’ll handle
From clock-in to clock-out, you’ll help keep production moving and quality high:
- Touch base with the shift leader or mold tech to verify daily tasks
- Connect with the previous operator to understand current job status
- Review job paperwork and verify all details before starting
- Document activity in shift reports, route sheets, and related records
- Perform secondary operations following written instructions
- Inspect molded parts and assemblies to confirm they meet specs
- Keep your station stocked with needed supplies
- Report issues with parts, instructions, packaging, or equipment right away
- Maintain an orderly, safe work area and follow the Quality Management System
- Assist in training new operators; complete end-of-shift cleanup and paperwork
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by leadership
What helps you succeed
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–3 months of manufacturing or similar experience preferred; we train
- We will consider equivalent education/experience combinations
Skills & Abilities
- Read and follow safety rules, operating procedures, and instructions
- Write clearly enough for basic reports and documentation
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
- Comfort with basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages
- Ability to follow directions and troubleshoot routine production problems
