Description
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Working with Thermal Test Engineers to improve test processes and data analysis in Lab
- Assist in Lab Innovation Project
- Process mapping and process flow
- Process improvement projects
- Assist in lab automation project (process control and data analysis)
- Get to be part of the new technology development process for cooling datacenters of the future
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in electro-mechanical control systems
- Enjoys projects that are hands-on
- Previous experience in lab testing processes, including instrumentation and measurement techniques
- Demonstrated capability with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD family products
- Knowledge of Lean tools a plus
INFORMATION
- Status: Full-time, Temporary (6 months)
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Paid Co-Op
- Dates: January 2027– June 2027
- Requirements: Reliable transportation to BAC Corporate Office every day

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28 per hour.
BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
