SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

" Shift hours: 5x8s, M-F, 9a-530p
4X10 DAYS AVAILABLE BY REQUEST; 08:00-16:00; Monday-Friday with one random day off.
" Weekend coverage once/month
" Epic experience preferred
" RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.
" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
" Holiday Requirement: May be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff)
" Accept First-Time Travelers: No
" Locals Accepted? No. Refer to the Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria
REQUIRED LICENSE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

" Virginia Physical Therapy license required. Does not need to be in hand upon submittal, can apply immediately upon offer.
" BLS / ARRT(R)
" Education: DPT or Master's required.

" Outpatient clinic and Acute care exp
UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING

" Will be working in outpatient and acute setting within facility; primarily outpatient.
Monthly weekend coverage will be in acute setting.
