LTC Therapy is hiring a Rehab Aide to support our rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in healthcare while working closely with therapy professionals and residents.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing therapy spaces and organizing equipment
- Help transport residents to and from rehab sessions
- Support therapists with day-to-day department operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
- Assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks as needed
