The Clinical Service Manager supports staff development through hiring, coaching, and performance management, and is accountable for key performance indicators such as patient volume, documentation quality, and patient satisfaction. In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation and organizational leadership, this role helps maintain efficient clinic operations and supports broader organizational goals and initiatives.
