Description
Summary:
Provide comprehensive delivery of therapeutic counseling to members of the community of Uvalde. These services will be provided to people of all ages. The goal for productivity will be 62%. Complete an assessment and treatment plan from a Trauma Informed Lens. Complete clinical documentation within 48 hours of service provision. Participate in clinical staff meetings and professional development. Participate in providing field-based services and consultation as needed. Must be willing to maintain flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients and possibly respond to on call rotation for emergencies.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
Master's Degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or other relevant behavioral science with clinical experience.
LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, AMFT, LMSW or LCSW required
Experience
1 year experience providing counseling to victims of trauma or grief and loss.
License and Credentials
Licensed to provide clinical services in the State of Texas;
Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor or experience with Alcohol and Drug Treatment a plus;
Reliable transportation;
Valid driver license; Must Have clean driving record
Valid vehicle insurance;
Submit to a state and federal background check and child abuse an neglect registry check;
Be physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of performing assigned tasks and have the skills necessary to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
