    As a Licensed Clinical Therapist,you'llprovide individual, group,familyand/or other practical counseling to meet the needs of clients and the goals of treatment within ourRecoverEDprogram.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide individual, group,familyand/or other practical counseling to meet the needs of the client and the goals oftreatment, andengage in any other activities that meet those needs and goals.

    • Provide clinical assessments and interventions.

    • Carry a regular caseload, the size and nature of which is to beestablishedwith supervisory staff.

    • Provide and/or coordinate a comprehensive follow-up to all clients forwhom he/she/they have been responsible.

    Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

    • MastersDegree in a Human Services field of study

    • Licensed in Missouri as: PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LP, or PsyD

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience in eating disorder treatment is preferred.

    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in eating disorder treatment.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
