Job Summary We are looking for several LMHC, LCSW, LMSW's to join our dynamic team within our group private practice! We provide clinical treatment in a supportive, beautiful and encouraging environment located in New Windsor, Orange County, NY
Responsibilities
Provide assessments, diagnosis and treatment plans
Participate in group supervision
Collaborate with Doctors and other mental health professionals
Assess the psychosocial status of the patients as related to their illness
Make follow-up visits to assess and continue the plans of care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records
Qualifications
Minimum Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychology
Minimum three years of experience in health care and social work
