Job description: **This is a full time, in-office position, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM.** The Therapist Scheduling Assistant is responsible for creating and maintaining clinician schedules according to authorizations, patient needs, and clinician availability. The staffing coordinator must maintain excellent relationships with the therapists and vendors, be aware of their availability and special skills, and their geolocation. The employee must submit the schedules before the end of the day and report to case managers, operations managers, and the DON. The ideal candidate...
