Job Description


We are seeking a licensed clinician to join our residential treatment team. This role provides direct clinical care to adult clients in a Residential facility, supporting recovery through evidence-based, experiential, and holistic modalities. Clinicians are responsible for group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, documentation and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.


Our program is a 14 bed co-ed residential treatment facility offering 30-60 day treatment episodes. We utilize an integrated treatment model that includes:


  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Holistic and experiential tracks
  • Gender-specific groups
  • Trauma-informed care
Responsibilities


  • Facilitate group therapy sessions using DBT, CBT, experiential, and process-based approaches
  • Maintain an individual therapy caseload
  • Provide family therapy, including:
  • Family group sessions
  • Individual family therapy sessions as clinically indicated
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct ongoing clinical assessments and treatment reviews
  • Complete timely and accurate:
  • Progress notes
  • Treatment plans
  • Discharge summaries
  • Family session documentation
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with licensing, accreditation, and program standards
  • Participate in:
  • Clinical meetings
  • Case consultation
  • Supervision and training opportunities
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain an active, unrestricted license (or license-eligible status) with DOPL
  • Uphold ethical standards and professional boundaries
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Rare on-call availability 
Qualifications


Master's Degree with Utah State License as a LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, AMFT, LMFT, SUDC preferred and offer necessary supervision if needed. Previous mental health/Substance abuse experience preferred. Excellent working environment with growing potential.
