Join a growing group psychology practice in Providence, RI, that welcomes clinicians across the full spectrum of licensure and experience. We're looking for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW), Psychologists, and Pre-Licensed Associates to join our team.
We offer both W-2 employee and 1099 independent contractor arrangements, with full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options available. We welcome therapists with a wide range of specialties, treatment approaches, and populations served.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy to an active caseload of clients
- Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Participate in case consultation with practice colleagues as needed
- Maintain active licensure and adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice
Qualifications:
- Active Rhode Island licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or Psychologist, or active progress toward licensure as a Pre-Licensed Associate
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to client-centered, evidence-based care
