Lambs Farm may be the place for you.SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Level I Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through our Specialty Care Center. In this role, you will conduct behavioral health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful participant outcomes.Reporting to the Behavioral Health Clinical Director, you will practice under clinical supervision while working toward independent licensure.
