    Position Overview

    Kid's Thrive Cleveland is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Therapist to join our clinical team on a full-time day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about supporting children and families and committed to providing high-quality, individualized care.

    The Therapist will work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress toward established goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide compassionate, patient-centered therapeutic services to children and adolescents.
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify developmental, behavioral, emotional, functional, and/or therapeutic needs.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goals.
    • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to the patient's age, condition, and treatment plan.
    • Monitor and document patient progress, response to treatment, and clinical outcomes.
    • Modify treatment plans as appropriate based on patient progress and changing needs.
    • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
    • Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals, therapeutic strategies, home programs, and ongoing care needs.
    • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
    • Participate in care conferences, team meetings, quality-improvement initiatives, and discharge planning as appropriate.
    • Promote a safe, supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment for patients and families.
    • Follow facility policies, clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and professional practice guidelines.
    • Maintain professional competence through continuing education and ongoing development.
