Therapeutic Training & Support Worker needed in Springfield, MA

Quick job details:

• Setting: In-Home
• Schedule: Fulltime, M-F
• Hours: 8 am-8 pm. Flexible with some weekends
• Job  Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a human service-related field required.

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the human services field required.

  • Must have a broad knowledge of mental illness diagnoses and behavioral modification

  techniques/coping mechanisms.• Skills in parenting education and experience working with children and families required.

  • Must have familiarity with the internet, word processing, and email systems.

  • Demonstrates willingness and ability to treat challenging and diverse client populations.

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of community resources and how to help clients access them.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
