The University Club Seeks Assistant Squash Pro
Job Description: The University Club is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Squash Professional to join our accomplished team. With over a century of history, our squash program is among the most prestigious in the country, having hosted amateur, collegiate, and professional tournaments. You will work closely with our Head Squash Professional to deliver a dynamic, year-round program for our distinguished membership.
This role blends on-court instruction, administrative duties, and event support. Responsibilities include teaching lessons and clinics, coordinating member match play, managing communications, assisting with Pro Shop operations, and helping execute tournaments and events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and is committed to creating an engaging, inclusive, and development-focused experience for players of all levels.

Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive annual average compensation ranging from $95,000 to $115,000, inclusive of lesson income and commensurate with experience and qualifications. The Club provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, along with generous paid time off including vacation, personal days, holidays, and sick leave. Additional benefits include short-term and long-term disability coverage and a 401(k)-retirement plan with a Club contribution. The role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses.
