The Dog Stop Wexford - Dog Care Manager

The Dog Stop® is looking for an enthusiastic Dog Care Manager with customer service experience. Knowledge of the dog care industry is required, at least 1-2 years of experience. We also require a positive attitude, outgoing personality, dedication to providing an unparalleled experience for our clientele, and, of course, a love of dogs.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Staff Management and Accountability
• Staff Training
• Working with Groups of Dogs in Play
• Administering Medications
• Meeting Sales Goals
• Developing Customer Relationships
• Client Tours
• Management of Client Database and Corresponding Filing
• Social Media Content Creation and Management
• Inventory Tracking
• Product Research

Necessary Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in the dog care industry
• 2 years experience in retail and/or customer service
• 1 year of experience in management
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends, evenings & holidays
