WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Sous Chef, you’ll help lead the culinary team in executing Chef Ramsay’s signature dishes to exacting standards. You’ll:
• Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations and leadership
• Ensure the consistency, flavor, and presentation of every plate meets fine dining expectations
• Lead daily prep and line operations, maintaining efficiency and precision
• Manage and motivate in real time kitchen staff including line cooks, prep cooks, and utility
• Train, coach, and inspire kitchen staff to perform with excellence and professionalism
• Monitor food quality, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
• Assist in cost management through portion control, waste reduction, and efficient labor practices
• Maintain open communication with the front-of-house to ensure seamless guest experiences
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook in a fine dining or upscale concept
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail
• A passion for executing refined dishes and maintaining high culinary standards
• Dedication to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while upholding fine dining precision
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
