THE BEACH CLUB HOA MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Job Description:
Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Perform building tasks in one or more fields; carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
Job Duties:
Perform preventative maintenance as required.
Complete assigned daily work orders to include tasks such as plumbing, electrical, sheetrock repair, etc.
Perform daily/weekly inspection tours
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Required Skills:
Excellent customer service skills required
Excellent oral/written skills required
1-3 years of prior maintenance experience, required
Job requirements:
Be able to lift 50 pounds.
Be able to stand/walk for entire shift.
Must be able to climb/stand on ladders and stairs.
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach.
Must keep a neat, safe workspace.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
