Production / Pick & Pack / Runner Associate
Pay:
- Production Worker: $18.00/hr
- Pick & Pack Associate: $19.00 - $19.50/hr DOE
- Runner Associate: $19.00 - $19.50/hr DOE
Job Type: Full-Time
We're hiring dependable team members to support production, packaging, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced food production environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, package, and inspect products for quality.
- Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders.
- Supply production lines with materials and ingredients.
- Move inventory and products throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Warehouse, production, manufacturing, or pick/pack experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
- Pallet jack experience is a plus.
Work Environment
- Refrigerated facility (approximately 36°F).
- Overtime and weekend work may be required.
