General Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Basic Qualifications- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work assigned shift schedules, including rotating shifts where applicable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks as needed
Shifts & Pay Rates- Starting pay rates depend on exp and position $15.28 to $20.46
- Most shifts are on a Rotating 7/2/7/5 schedule (7 days on, 2 days off, 7 days on, 5 days off)
