Textbook Warehouse Summer Intern

Job Title: Textbook Summer Help Wage/Hour Status: $15.00

Primary Purpose:

Receive and process textbook shipments

Time Frame 5/12-7/31

Hours 8:00 am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

Location-Dove Elementary

Qualifications:

Detailed oriented, punctual, hard working

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

• Receive and process shipments (count, barcode, and box textbooks and other resources).
• Deliver textbooks to campuses
• Assist with inventories at various campuses.
• Perform Warehouse Inventory
• Follow instructions for textbook write-ups and barcoding.
• Assist other workers in processing orders.
• Textbook work will involve frequent standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting.
• Position works Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-4:30 pm (No work during week of July 1-5).

Warehouse non-climate controlled

Pallet Jack and Dolly-

Able to lift and carry 30-50 lb boxes
