    We are seeking home health providers for immediate placement. 

     

    Responsibilities to include the following:
    * Assistance with bathing, grooming and toileting
    * Assistance with meal preparation
    * Assistance with medications
    * Light House cleaning & Laundry
    * Medication Assistance

    All applicants must have at least 6 months of experience, pass a criminal history, EMR, Medicaid fraud background check.

    We are also in need of special attendants/floaters.
