Job Description

The Testing Technician will be responsible for performing testing and evaluations of Keurig brewing systems to support product quality, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform brewer performance testing, life testing, and other specified brewing system evaluations.

• Execute testing protocols for new brewers and components in support of product development and continuous improvement programs.

• Accurately record, organize, and maintain test data using computer spreadsheets and other appropriate documentation tools.

• Analyze and report test results to management, highlighting any abnormal performance or quality issues.

• Troubleshoot brewer performance issues and identify potential root causes based on test results and observed behavior.

• Follow established testing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Provide training and guidance to new permanent and temporary personnel on proper brewer testing techniques, methods, and data-recording requirements.

• Maintain accurate testing documentation and ensure results are clearly communicated to relevant teams.
