The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Testing Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Burlington, MA. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Title: GMP Test Technician
Location: Burlington, MA
Pay Rate: $19.50–$21.50/hr W2
Duration: 12 months

Job Description

• Perform routine and non-routine GMP testing and analysis of products in accordance with approved procedures.
• Collect samples of raw materials and finished products for testing.
• Execute testing protocols to assess product quality and compliance.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment according to GMP standards.
• Perform instrument calibration and verification to ensure accurate results.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of testing activities, sample information, and test results.
• Generate and update documentation related to GMP testing procedures.
• Ensure testing activities comply with GMP regulations and internal quality standards.
• Participate in product quality deviation investigations.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to address non-compliance issues.
• Work with manufacturing and quality teams to support production objectives.
• Follow applicable laboratory safety guidelines and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve GMP testing procedures and efficiency.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
