Now hiring for a Testing Inspector

Location: El Cajon, CA

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 1:30 PM

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience Requirements

  • NDT Certification required
  • Experience with Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and/or Penetrant Testing (PT)
  • Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of dimensional inspection equipment and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Perform and document Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections
  • Conduct visual, dimensional, and ultrasonic inspections on precision parts and materials
  • Verify product quality and structural integrity to customer specifications
  • Review and maintain NDT inspection and procurement records
  • Ensure compliance with customer, company, and government requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
  • Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
  • Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Testing Inspector.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
