Groves programs. This position ensures that students are tested at appropriate intervals, testing records are accurate and up to date, and assessment results are communicated to instructional staff to support student progress and instructional planning. The Testing Coordinator will work closely with teachers, students, and program administration to schedule assessments, proctor assessments, monitor testing requirements, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with program testing procedures.Responsibilities: The following list is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills or working conditions associated with this position. Responsibilities may include any or all of the following: Develop, maintain, and update a monthly testing schedule for ABE, GEDÂ, and James H. Groves students.Monitor student assessment data in LACES to identify students who are due for post-testing based on program requirements and testing timelines.Review student records and coordinate testing needs with instructional staff.Contact students by phone and other appropriate methods to schedule testing appointments.Maintain accurate testing schedules and communicate testing dates and expectations to students and teachers.Prepare students for testing by providing information regarding testing procedures, dates, times, and expectations.Use DRC to create test tickets and access student score reports.Assist students in creating GED.com accounts and administer the GEDÂ Ready.Administer the James H. Groves final exams.Maintain organized and accurate testing records, including test dates, assessment information, and student scores.Enter and update assessment scores and related information in the LACES database in a timely and accurate manner.Review score reports for accuracy and completeness.Provide teachers with printed or electronic copies of student score reports to assist with instructional planning and identifying areas of student need.Monitor testing completion and follow-up with students who miss scheduled assessments.Maintain confidentiality of student information and follow all applicable policies and procedures regarding student records and assessment data.Communicate regularly with program administration regarding testing schedules, participation, outstanding assessments, and other testing-related concerns.Assist with other assessment and data-related duties as assigned.The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the employee in this position.
