Role Summary:
The Tester/QA Analyst will execute end-to-end functional, integration, regression, interface, data, and UAT-support testing for the PACT Case Management Tool.
Recruiting focus: Prioritize candidates with State Medicaid/healthcare IT experience where available, especially experience with case or care management, MMIS, HIE/EHR integration, HL7/FHIR, Azure, regulated healthcare data, system implementation, testing, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed test cases from requirements and user stories.
Execute functional and regression testing.
Test case-management workflows, care plans, referrals, alerts, reporting, user roles, and access controls.
Test APIs, interfaces, batch processing, file exchanges, and data flows.
Validate converted/migrated data and reconciliation results.
Test browser, responsive/mobile, low-bandwidth, and applicable accessibility behavior.
Log and document defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
Retest defects and execute regression suites.
Support SIT and UAT.
Maintain requirement-to-test traceability.
Support production-readiness and post-go-live validation.
Preferred Recruiting Profile
4+ years of QA/testing experience.
Experience with web applications and API testing.
SQL/data-validation experience preferred.
Healthcare or public-sector systems experience preferred.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery.
FHIR/healthcare-interface testing is an advantage.
