Put your electronics testing and troubleshooting experience to work on advanced systems supporting the aerospace and defense industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and being part of a skilled production team.

• Set up test equipment and conduct testing on production assemblies and units according to established procedures, standards, and sequences.
• Assemble units for production equipment according to designs and specifications.
• Adjust and calibrate systems as needed.
• Modify equipment by adding, removing, or altering components according to diagrams and sketches.
• Correct malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts and components as directed.
• Use hand tools, small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices.
• Monitor and verify product quality according to applicable control procedures.
• Support production mechanical and electrical assembly activities.

Qualifications:

• Trade school certificate or associate degree in electronics, or at least two years of relevant electronics experience.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 20–40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Circuit card assembly testing experience.
• Component-level troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing.
• Familiarity with test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and RF analyzers.

Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
Schedule: First Shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
