Job Summary:

The Test Technician is responsible for executing electrical and performance testing on circuit protection products to ensure compliance with quality, safety, reliability, and durability requirements. This role supports product development andvalidationactivitiesbyanalyzingtestresults,preparingtechnicalreports,maintaininglaboratoryequipment,andcollaboratingwithengineeringteamstodrivecontinuousimprovementandinnovation.

About Your Role:

  • Executeelectrical,performance,safety,anddurabilitytestingoncircuitprotectionproducts,includingfusesandrelatedtechnologies.

  • Analyzetestdata,electricalmeasurements,andwaveformstoevaluateproductperformanceandidentifypotentialissues.

  • Prepareaccurateandcomprehensivetestreportstosupportengineeringandproductdevelopmentdecisions.

  • Participateindesignreviewsandprovidetechnicalfeedbacktoengineeringteamsduringproductdevelopmentactivities.

  • Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoimprovetestingmethodologies,processes,andlaboratorycapabilities.

  • Performpreventivemaintenance,troubleshooting,andcalibrationsupportforlaboratoryandtestingequipment.

  • Ensurecompliancewithsafetyprocedures,operatingstandards,andlaboratorybestpractices.

  • Supportafast-pacedenvironmentwhilemaintainingastrongfocusonaccuracy,quality,andcontinuousimprovement.

About You:

  • AssociatedegreeinElectronics,ElectricalTechnology,orarelatedtechnicalfield;equivalentexperiencemaybeconsidered.

  • 5+yearsofexperienceinelectricaltesting,electronics,orarelatedtechnicalenvironment.

  • Workingknowledgeofelectricalcircuits,includingseriesandparallelcircuits,Ohm’sLaw,anddataacquisitionsystems.

  • Experiencetesting,diagnosing,troubleshooting,andrepairingelectricalcircuitsandsetups.

  • Hands-onexperienceusinglaboratoryequipmentsuchasoscilloscopes,multimeters,andelectronictestinstruments.

  • ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeapplicationsfordocumentationandreporting.

  • Strongcommunication,problem-solving,andanalyticalskills.

  • Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelywithincross-functionalteams.

  • Strongattentiontodetail,organization,andcommitmenttoqualityandsafetystandards.
