Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Test Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics testing, production testing, and electrical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical fundamentals, experience identifying production issues, and the ability to read and interpret work instructions and procedures. The candidate will troubleshoot test-related problems, support production testingactivities, and work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret work instructions, technical procedures, and testing documentation.
Identify production issues and troubleshoot test-related problems.
Perform electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve testing issues.
Support production testing activities and ensure products meet quality requirements.
Apply electrical fundamentals to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Identify failures, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve production issues.
Follow established testing procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of testing activities and troubleshooting results.
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher is required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant test technician or electronics technician experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting and production testing.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
Experience identifying production issues and resolving test-related problems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Scale: $26 $29/hr on W2 (Negotiable based on experience)
