Description

Job Title: Test Technician
Location: Longmont, CO (100% Onsite)
Duration: 10 Months

Role Summary:
Support SSD hardware bring-up, test system configuration, firmware validation readiness, and engineering lab operations. Build and maintain NVMe/PCIe SSD test systems, execute test procedures, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, collect diagnostic logs, manage inventory, and support shipping/receiving.

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC/server hardware systems.

  • Knowledge of NVMe/PCIe SSDs, storage platforms, or hardware/firmware validation labs.

  • Experience executing test plans, documenting results, collecting logs, and troubleshooting hardware, software, firmware, connectivity, and system setup issues.

  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.

  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and perform detail-oriented, hands-on lab tasks.

Preferred: SSD/storage testing, firmware validation, Shell/Python scripting, automation, diagnostic/analyzer tools, asset tracking, and lab infrastructure management.
