Location: West Boylston, MA

Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm

Pay: $20–$31/hr DOE

Westaff is hiring a Test Technician to test and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical assemblies—including PCBA’s, subsystems, fixtures, and power control panels—in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Test electro-mechanical parts, subassemblies, and finished products
• Follow specs, manuals, schematics, and written/verbal instructions
• Use oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other test equipment
• Work safely around 110/115 VAC and 208/480 VAC 3-phase power
• Report technical issues to supervisor
• Record and organize test results

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; technical school preferred
• 1+ year testing systems, PCBAs, or similar devices
• Experience with oscilloscopes, signal generators, and related tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret diagnostic data
