Test Technician

Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting quality assurance and product development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Kearny, NJ

Pay Range: $25-28 per hour

Shift: Multiple Shifts Available

What's the Job?

• Perform electrical product testing in a manufacturing setting
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electronic assemblies down to the component level
• Perform verification checks on electronic instruments to ensure quality standards
• Write procedures for testing and inspection processes
• Investigate and troubleshoot electronic parts and systems to identify issues

What's Needed?

• Ability to understand assembly prints and technical documentation
• Mechanical aptitude and skill in the physical assembly of parts
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; AS degree in electronics preferred or minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Basic computer skills for documentation and testing procedures
• Good communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members
