JOB DESCRIPTION

• Entry-level Test Technician (0–1 years; Engineering degree preferred, not required).
• Set up test equipment and perform production testing on mechanical/electronic assemblies.
• Assemble equipment per drawings/specifications; calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair by replacing/adjusting components.
• Use hand/power tools and test/measurement equipment.
• Read schematics, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Record test data, perform basic calculations, and maintain documentation.
• Support quality inspections/SPC and follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• Onsite role in North Haven, CT.
