Location:         Fargo, ND 58102
Duration:         1 Year – Possible Extension
Shift:                2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Monday–Friday

Job Overview

Provide intermediate technical support to the production floor, monitor laboratory testing, troubleshoot test systems, and support Test Engineers with building, modifying, and debugging test equipment.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

·         Monitor lab tests and verify proper equipment functioning. 

·         Perform basic corrective actions and escalate issues when required. 

·         Provide intermediate-level support to the production floor. 

·         Troubleshoot technical issues using electronics knowledge and cross-functional resources. 

·         Work with Test Engineers to build, modify, and debug test systems and equipment. 

·         Maintain lab equipment and perform basic mechanical work. 

·         Keep the work area clean and organized. 

·         Maintain equipment and support ongoing testing activities. 

·         May flex working hours for cross-training opportunities. 

·         Work primarily standing and moving throughout the facility. 

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

·         Minimum 1 year of related experience in: 

o    Electronics 

o    Manufacturing 

o    Engineering 

·         3+ years of experience preferred. 

·         Strong understanding of electronics and electronic troubleshooting. 

·         Hands-on experience identifying root causes of technical issues. 

·         Ability to use: 

o    Multimeters 

o    Oscilloscopes 

o    Electrical schematics 

o    Circuit boards 

·         Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills. 

·         Computer/software proficiency. 

·         Strong communication skills. 

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

 

Education

Required:

·         A.S. in Electronics, or 

·         2-year technical diploma, or 

·         Equivalent military certification/experience.
