We are seeking a
reliable and detail-oriented Testing Technician to support hands-on product and packaging evaluation activities.
Previous testing experience is not required. Candidates who are dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working in a hands-on environment, and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of physical product and packaging tests using established procedures.
- Set up and operate basic testing equipment used for drop, vibration, compression, and durability testing.
- Follow written work instructions and testing procedures accurately.
- Observe test results and identify damage, defects, or performance issues.
- Record measurements, test data, and observations.
- Assist with preparing basic test documentation and reports.
- Move, stage, and organize test samples and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate testing progress and findings with team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools or equipment is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on testing, production, laboratory, or warehouse-style environment.
