Summary:
Develops, implements, and improves testing procedures for products and product components.
Defines, performs, analyzes, and interprets test results for electrical and electromechanical systems.
Establishes and maintains quality control and reliability standards for testing processes.
Ensures testing procedures comply with industry and organizational requirements.
Records, documents, and maintains measurement and test data accurately.
Provides technical support and guidance to engineering and manufacturing teams.
Troubleshoots testing issues and identifies solutions to improve product performance.
Supports continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, testing, and reliability.
Applies strong technical expertise in electrical and electromechanical systems.
Develops and executes test procedures for product components.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field.
4-6 years of relevant testing, engineering, or manufacturing experience.
Strong technical expertise in electrical and electromechanical systems.
Experience developing and executing test procedures for products and components.
Knowledge of quality control and reliability standards.
Strong documentation and data analysis capabilities.
Ability to troubleshoot testing issues and identify solutions.
Experience with electrical and electromechanical testing.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
