Summary: 

• Develops, implements, and improves testing procedures for products and product components.

• Defines, performs, analyzes, and interprets test results for electrical and electromechanical systems.

• Establishes and maintains quality control and reliability standards for testing processes.

• Ensures testing procedures comply with industry and organizational requirements.

• Records, documents, and maintains measurement and test data accurately.

• Provides technical support and guidance to engineering and manufacturing teams.

• Troubleshoots testing issues and identifies solutions to improve product performance.

• Supports continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, testing, and reliability.

• Applies strong technical expertise in electrical and electromechanical systems.

• Develops and executes test procedures for product components.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field.

• 4-6 years of relevant testing, engineering, or manufacturing experience.

• Strong technical expertise in electrical and electromechanical systems.

• Experience developing and executing test procedures for products and components.

• Knowledge of quality control and reliability standards.

• Strong documentation and data analysis capabilities.

• Ability to troubleshoot testing issues and identify solutions.

• Experience with electrical and electromechanical testing.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
