    Our Team

The Twinax Engineering team develops and validates high-speed cable and interconnect technologies supporting current and next-generation data rates. The team works across product development, signal integrity, manufacturing, quality, and operations to characterize product performance, support qualification activities, troubleshoot product issues, and deliver reliable high-speed interconnect solutions.

    What You Will Do

    • Set up and perform electrical testing of twinax cable and cable assemblies using established test procedures.
    • Operate laboratory test equipment including Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), TDR/TDT systems, oscilloscopes, and other electrical test instruments.
    • Support measurements of electrical performance including insertion loss, return loss, impedance, crosstalk, and other signal integrity parameters.
    • Prepare and connect test samples, fixtures, adapters, cables, and measurement hardware.
    • Perform equipment calibration and verification activities according to established laboratory procedures.
    • Collect, organize, and document test data for engineering review.
    • Assist engineers with product characterization, design verification, qualification testing, and troubleshooting activities.
    • Identify abnormal test results or measurement issues and communicate findings to the appropriate engineer.
    • Troubleshoot basic test setup, fixture, cable, adapter, and equipment issues with engineering support.
    • Support repetitive testing and data collection required to evaluate sample-to-sample and lot-to-lot performance.
    • Maintain test equipment, fixtures, adapters, cables, and laboratory supplies.
    • Create and maintain test records, laboratory documentation, work instructions, and equipment records.
    • Follow laboratory safety, calibration, equipment handling, and measurement practices.
    • Support continuous improvement of laboratory processes, test efficiency, and measurement repeatability.

    Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

    • Associate degree in a technical discipline OR equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 1 year of electrical test, electronics laboratory, or test and measurement experience.
    • Experience using electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, or similar electronic measurement equipment.
    • Basic understanding of electrical measurements and troubleshooting.
    • Experience working with electrical or mechanical test fixtures, cables, connectors, or adapters.

    What Will Put You Ahead

    • Experience working with high-speed cable, connectors, cable assemblies, or electronic interconnect products.
    • Experience operating VNAs, TDR/TDT systems, oscilloscopes, or other high-frequency test equipment.
    • Familiarity with signal integrity measurements such as insertion loss, return loss, impedance, crosstalk, or S-parameters.
    • Experience performing VNA calibration or working with high-frequency test fixtures and adapters.
    • Experience supporting product qualification, validation, characterization, or failure-analysis testing.
    • Experience using Excel or other tools to organize, graph, and summarize test data.
