Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
In this role, you will be part of a team of engineers responsible for improving and standardizing PCB test processes used on the shop floor, supporting scalable deployment across contract manufacturing partners and Leo factory locations. You will contribute to initiatives that increase first-pass yield, reduce false failures, and eliminate operator-driven defects by participating in root cause analysis of software, infrastructure, and process-related issues. You will collaborate with software, hardware, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions, while communicating progress to your team and stakeholders. Working closely with CM site and factory representatives, you will support design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) recommendations to improve overall line performance.
