    Are you passionate about helping students achieve strong results on the SAT and ACT or ISEE? We are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable Test Prep Coaches to work part-time with middle and high school students. This role is ideal for college students, educators, or professionals who enjoy teaching test strategies, building confidence, and helping students reach their academic goals.

    The Test Prep Coach Experience:

    • Paired with students based on your personality and teaching style for the best fit; consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions

    • All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility - no driving from home to home.

    • Paid training with opportunities to shadow veteran Academic Coaches; you’ll have access to Test Preparation resources and other study materials to utilize within sessions

    • A community that supports students beyond sessions and seeks local opportunities for involvement

    • Personal development of your own test taking skills through teaching students that will be transferable to success in your career path

    Requirements

    What you should offer:

    • Graduated from or currently attending a 4-year university

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as active listening skills

    • Solid ability to teach content while catering to varying learning styles

    • AP-level knowledge of at least 2 core classes

    • Forward thinking and solution-oriented approach to fostering individual student success

    • Excellent social skills with the ability to adapt to different situations while making students feel comfortable and supported

    • Availability: Evening & weekend availability of at least 15 hours per week during the semester (sessions occur between 3pm-9pm Monday-Thursday; must be available for at least 4 hours on Sundays within the hours of 10am-6pm).
