JOB DESCRIPTION:
Happen Bank Onsite Manager
Location San Francisco
Back To Office As per HB guidelines 3 Days a week at present

Must have Skills

Total 12 years of Experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
Thorough understand of Software Testing as well as Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
Should have led a Team of 15 Testing associates Functional Automation Performance Testing
Strong Hands on Testing experience Should be able to do Testing and validation as and when needed
Understanding of Test Management Tools
Experience of working in Banking Application Ecosystem Retail Banking will be an added plus
Self starter Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Customer Expectation Management
Proven experience as Onsite Manager Team Management Delivery Management and should have worked with Offshore Team
Team Player and able to connect with stakeholders in multiple Geographies
Thorough understanding of SDLC and QA Process Metrics and Project Planning Methodologies

Nice to have Skills

Endtoend Delivery Management experience including Dev QA
Experience understanding of FIS MISER
GenAI Tools usage and implementation experience
