React Developer - TEST JOB Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated React Developer to join our dynamic development team. This TEST JOB position offers an exciting opportunity for a mid-level developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in React to contribute to cutting-edge web applications. You will work on challenging projects that impact thousands of users while collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

As a React Developer in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase. This position requires someone who is passionate about creating seamless user experiences and staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Design and develop new user-facing features using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring code quality and maintainability
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code that works across different browsers and devices
• Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
• Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with front-end components
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards
• Conduct code reviews for peer developers and provide constructive feedback
• Implement and maintain unit tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar testing frameworks
• Participate in debugging and troubleshooting complex issues across the application stack
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
